Nutron is a full-service manufacturer of product identification. Our team of 17 people posseses over 200 years of combined production experience. All of our members are cross-trained and capable of working in multiple departments.

Our 15,000 sq.ft. facility in North Olmsted Ohio is located approximately 10 miles west of Hopkins International Airport. We have over $1mm invested in state of the art equipment to fabricate and decorate metal and plastic. Nutron has complete art and design capabilities. Most often we work from customer supplied prints but can also design-build to unique specification or need.

The following is a list of materials, decoration, and fabrication methods available. Please check our standards/references section for additional capabilities or call to discuss your special needs.

Metals: .003 foil thru .125”tk.sheet, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, steel, copper, other specialty metals as desired.
Sizes: up to12”x24”, 24”x48”, 48”x 48”, depending upon process
Decoration: etching, anodizing, screening, digital printing, laser marking, photosensitive, embossing, engraving, indenting.
Fabrication: stamping, die cutting, shearing, machining, punching, drilling, forming, shearing, plotter cutting, profile cutting, class-A hard tooling, srd soft tooling.

Plastics: .001 films thru .38”tk. sheet, polycarbonate, polyester, pvc, acrylic, styrene, abs, petg, ldpe, hdpe, others as desired.
Sizes: up to 12”x24”, 48”x48”, 4”x 1000’ label, other additional.
Decoration: screening, thermal imaging, digital printing, molding, embossing, indenting, laser marking , embossing, engraving, texturing, doming, roll label.
Fabrication: die cutting, stamping, shearing, punching, plotter cutting, profile cutting, drilling, forming, molding, class-A hard tooling, srd soft tooling.
